Vintage 90’s-Y2K white chiffon-like maxi dress with a mandarin collar beautiful red and gold floral jacquard collar piece with a decorative fabric frog toggle button. Red satin piped trim throughout and slits up sides. Fully lined and zips up back. No fabric garment information but looks and feels like chiffon. In good vintage condition with a few very light, unoticeable marks.
