Vintage handmade floral jacquard dress with mandarin collar and decorative fabric frog toggle closures. No fabric or size tags, but looks and feels like cotton or a cotton blend. Possibly from the 90’s-Y2K. In good vintage condition with some light pilling to jacquard.
