Ready to ship, handmade skirt made from black tee scraps and vintage taffeta fabric in black and white gingham. Double lined. Does not have much stretch at waist or hips. Bubble is sewn, serged and delicately hand-stitched. Designed and made in house by us with lots of love.

Modern XS/S, and fits best low around waist on 36" hips.
30" around waist un-stretched, 36" around hips/ lower waist above ruffle hem, free hips because of ruffle and yoke cut, 15"-19" total length.
