Made to order, hand-made double layer open bubble hem skirt in taffeta fabric with an elastic waist. Sits on the lowest part of waist. Designed and made in house by us with lots of love.
*Sydney’s skirt is 11” super mini for reference. To calculate low waist size, we subtract the waist size from hip size and divide the difference by two referencing our size chart available here.
