Cool vintage 90’s black dress with a sheer top and sculpted squiggle ribbon on bust. back has covered fabric buttons that are decorative and hide a zipper. Fully lined. By Plaza South, marked 1999. Falls nicely and is well made and in good vintage condition with no signs of wear.
