Made to order, hand-made skirt made from tee scraps and a double layer open bubble hem in taffeta fabric. Bubble is sewn, serged and delicately hand-stitched. Elastic stretch waist. Shorter on the sides by about 3". Designed and made in house by us with lots of love.
