Handmade double layer open bubble hem skirt made from vintage fabric. Silver grommets at waist for a pop color drawstring with silver epaulette ends. Sits on the lowest part of waist. Designed and made in house by us with lots of love. We only gave enough fabric to make a few- very limited quantities.

Sizing-
Checkered w/ orange ties- 11.5” length, low waist fits up to 38” with a good gather.
Checkered w/ blue ties- 12.5” length, low waist fits up to 38” with a good gather.
Bright floral- 11” length, low waist fits up to 44” with a good gather. This print has more gather than the other styles.
Blue plaid- 13” length, low waist fits up to 40” with a good gather.
We used vintage NASCAR checkered fabric, blue plaid, and bright tulip print fabric from dead-stock vintage fabric and vintage sheets. There will be slight flaws to the fabric that aren’t too noticeable, as some are at least 30 years old. Please email us with any questions.
