Stuart Weitzman like new black and white leather chunky heeled Chelsea boots. Pull on upper with elastic panels on sides. Unsure of decade but most likely 90’s-newer. In amazing condition with very minor signs of light wear. Maybe worn 1-2 times. Marked a 9, with 4” heels.
